Manoj Palavkar

Manoj Palavkar has extensive work experience in human resources, specifically in talent acquisition and recruitment. Manoj currently works as a Talent Acquisition Lead at IndiGrid since 2022. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2022, they worked at KEC International Ltd. in various roles, including Human Resources Business Partner & Recruitment Specialist for MENA, Human Resources Business Partner for the KSA unit, and Sr. Associate Human Resources for Corporate SBU. Before that, from 2014 to 2017, they were a HR Associate - Grade A2 at KEC International Ltd. R.P.G. Enterprises. From 2011 to 2014, they held the position of HR Associate - Grade A1 at KEC International Ltd. (part of RPG Group) and also worked as a Trainee HR Recruiter. Manoj began their career in 2009 as a Recruitment Specialist and Sourcing Specialist at Vigor & Verve Pvt. Ltd (Synergy Technology Services, Synergy HR). Throughout their career, Manoj has successfully conducted recruitment processes, built relationships with clients and suppliers, and managed various HR initiatives.

Manoj Palavkar completed a Master's in Human Resources Development (MHRDM) from the K J Somaiya Institute of Management between 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a focus on Management from the Welingkar Institute of Management from 2009 to 2011. Manoj'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) from the University of Mumbai, which they completed between 2006 and 2009.
