Muthukumar Pandian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in reliability and change management within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Chief General Manager of Reliability & Change Management at Pipeline Infrastructure Limited since April 2019, Muthukumar leads the development of strategies for condition monitoring of various rotating and static equipment. Previously, as Head of Reliability at the same organization, responsibilities included risk assessment and maintenance strategy optimization. Prior experience at Reliance Industries Limited spanned over a decade, with roles including Lead Mechanical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, focusing on the management of gas turbines, compressors, and pipeline operations. Muthukumar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Anna University, India.
