Roni Tal is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations, people, and culture within the tech industry. Currently serving as Vice President Operations at TeamScale since March 2015, Roni Tal specializes in aligning professional and cultural fit to support clients in finding and retaining tech talent in India. Additionally, in the role of Global Head Of People & Culture at the India-Israel Innovation HUB since September 2018, Roni Tal focuses on fostering connections between Indian and Israeli entrepreneurs to drive innovation. Previously, Roni Tal held the position of Project Manager at Elad Software Systems from September 2007 to March 2015. Roni Tal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
