Vikram Sindhwal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Vikram started their career in 2012 as an Assistant Sales Manager at RV Promoters Private Limited, where they developed strong client relationships and ensured high levels of customer satisfaction.
In 2013, Vikram joined HDFC Sales Private Limited as a Sales Representative. Vikram excelled in managing loan documentation, onboarding new agents, and delivering quality service to clients.
From 2014 to 2017, Vikram worked as a Loan Operations Manager at Tapasvi Group, where they developed empathetic client relationships and consistently exceeded service standards. Vikram was responsible for managing customer orders and resolving any issues related to associate, tool, or service delivery.
In 2017, Vikram joined LoanADDa.com as an Assistant Sales Manager. Vikram efficiently processed LAP loan documentation, assisted customers with home loans and LAP, onboarded new agents, and provided excellent client servicing.
In 2018, Vikram had multiple roles. Vikram worked as a Sponsorship Sales Freelancer at Born To Play India, where they utilized their sales skills to secure sponsorships. Vikram also joined Aarka Sports Management Pvt.ltd as both a Sports Manager and an Assistant Sports Manager. In these roles, Vikram led a team for MSDCA operations, managed business development and client servicing, oversaw stadium and venue management, organized matches and events, conducted risk assessments, and implemented sponsorship marketing and brand management strategies.
Currently, Vikram is working as a Business Manager at India On Track, a position they started in 2022.
Vikram Sindhwal completed their Bachelor's degree in Plant Operation and Maintenance at UPES. Following this, they pursued a Post-Graduation Diploma in Management with a specialization in International Business at Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) from 2010 to 2012.
