Giriraj Sharma

Giriraj Sharma is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as Chief Manager of Information Technology at India Post Payments Bank since July 2019, Giriraj leads the Core Banking Solution (Finacle) team and manages the project development for new products and system integrations. Prior experience includes a managerial role in IT at Indian Overseas Bank, where responsibilities encompassed Oracle applications support, Java development, and project management of inhouse HRMS. Giriraj began the career as a Java Developer and WMQ Developer at Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on enterprise service bus applications. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University and currently pursuing an MBA at the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi.
