Vineet Ubale

Vineet Ubale is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in project management and technology implementation within the insurance sector. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Information Technology Manager at IndiaFirst Life since August 2018, Vineet plays a key role in managing projects related to the Sales application stack, focusing on the Micro Insurance portal and customer-facing chatbots. Prior to this, Vineet was a Project Manager at C2L BIZ Solutions Pvt Ltd, overseeing the delivery of financial analysis tools for a Hong Kong insurance client. Vineet's career began at Bharti AXA Life Insurance, where various roles, including Manager IT and IT Business Analyst, emphasized effective business design and demand management. Additional experience includes a position at Convergys as Level 2 Support, mentoring teams and managing escalations. Vineet holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Sociology from St. Andrew's College of Arts, Science and Commerce and completed SSC at Raigad Military School.
