Tannya Baranwal serves as an Associate Partner at INDIALAW LLP, leading the Kolkata office and managing various legal matters including Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Arbitration, and Industrial disputes since July 2023. With prior experience as an independent practitioner from January 2019 to April 2023, Tannya established a successful law practice and provided legal services across multiple domains. Previously, Tannya held the position of Senior Associate at Dhawan & Co, managing litigation efforts and mentoring junior associates. Tannya began the legal career with internships at reputable law firms and graduated with a B.A. LLB from Calcutta University in 2014.
