Rashi Bijlani Tandon is a seasoned professional in the fields of dance movement therapy and clinical psychology, serving as Co-Founder and General Secretary of the Indian Association of Dance Movement Therapy since October 2019 and Founder of The Dancing Bond since July 2019. Rashi holds the position of Head of Department at the Child Development Clinic at Sitaram Bhartia Institute of Science and Research, actively working to enhance child services in India through collaborations. As the Founder and President of Asha Hai & Centre for Dance Movement Psychotherapy, Rashi has led various initiatives in dance movement psychotherapy and clinical psychology since May 2013. Additionally, Rashi is a longstanding member of the Natya Vriksha Dance Company and has held several roles in various organizations as a dance movement psychotherapist. Rashi's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Dance Movement Psychotherapy from Goldsmiths, University of London, a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Amity University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University.
