Cheryl Miller is a seasoned professional in graphic communications and publishing, currently serving as a Graphic Communications Instructor at Indian Capital Technology Center since July 2006. Prior experience includes working as a Production Manager at PennWell Publishing from May 2001 to May 2005 and as a Composing Supervisor at Muskogee Daily Phoenix from August 1990 to May 1995. Cheryl holds a degree in Industrial Technology, Graphic Arts from Northeastern State University and a Master of Science in Occupational Education, Teaching, Learning, and Leadership from Oklahoma State University.
