Bhawana Bisht

Bhawana Bisht is a Young Professional II at ICAR- Indian Council of Agricultural Research since September 2021, with a prior role as a Research Assistant at Government Medical College, Haldwani from July 2020 to October 2020. Bhawana served as a Senior Research Fellow at Uttarakhand Council for Biotechnology from July 2018 to September 2019, focusing on in vitro propagation and acclimatization of various kiwifruit varieties, promoting kiwi cultivation among local farmers in Uttarakhand, and conducting research on plants such as Stevia, Timur, and Tree tomato. Bhawana holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology from the Department of Biotechnology, obtained between 2015 and 2017.
