Dhruv Dhiman

Dhruv Dhiman has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Dhruv currently holds the position of Vice President - Market Operations & New Product Initiatives at Indian Energy Exchange (IEX), where they are responsible for the development of new products in the energy market and managing market operations.

Prior to this, Dhruv worked at Customized Energy Solutions, where they held various roles including Director - India Markets, General Manager - India Markets, Sr. Manager, and Analyst. In these roles, their responsibilities included developing applications for battery energy storage systems and business development for open access, among other tasks.

Before joining Customized Energy Solutions, Dhruv worked at North Delhi Power Limited as an Assistant Manager in the Power Management Group and as an Executive in the Power Management department. Their responsibilities in these roles included power trading, load forecasting, scheduling, and dispatch monitoring.

Dhruv also has experience working at Hutch as an Executive in the customer care department.
