Hector Perez-Martin MLS (ASCP)cm has extensive experience in the medical laboratory field, currently serving as Interim Laboratory Manager Assistant and Quality Management Supervisor at Indian Health Service since December 2015. Previously, Hector worked at Comanche County Memorial Hospital from August 2009 to November 2015, where responsibilities included leading the Chemistry department, performing laboratory testing, ensuring quality control, and training students and staff. Additionally, Hector served as Staff Faculty/Instructor in a Medical Laboratory Science Program, focusing on Clinical Chemistry and other core lab areas. Hector's career began in the U.S. Army as a Fire Direction Specialist from March 2001 to March 2004. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Cameron University and two associate degrees in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Business Administration.
