Geetha Nair has a rich work experience across various companies. Geetha started their career at Cendant as an Executive Club Manager for South Asia, working on the British Airways Loyalty Program from 1994 to 2000. After that, they joined Jet Airways as an Operations Manager for the JetPrivilege Service Centre, where they worked from 2004 to 2006. Geetha then took on the role of Senior Marketing Services Manager for the JetPrivilege Loyalty Program at Jet Airways, from 2006 to 2011. Finally, they joined Taj Hotels as the Corporate Director for Database Marketing, specializing in CRM and Loyalty since 2011.
Geetha Nair obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Mumbai from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications including the Integrated Digital Marketing Program from Learning Catalyst in 2019, and the Air Mercury (Airline Management Integration Program) from the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in 2008.
