Shakul Srivastava has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience in various therapeutic segments. Shakul served as Regional Business Manager at Pfizer from 1997 to 2013, where they received multiple awards for exceeding sales objectives and played a vital role in improving product profitability. After that, they joined Allergan in 2013 as Head of Sales for Medical Aesthetics in India, Srilanka, Pakistan, and Nepal. Following their role at Allergan, they moved to Indian Immunologicals Limited in 2014 as General Manager & B.U. Head for India & Nepal, before being promoted to Vice President in April 2021. In these roles, they led teams, implemented innovative strategies, and managed sales and marketing operations across multiple countries.
Shakul Srivastava holds a Master's in Reproductive Physiology and Endocrinology from B.H.U (Advanced Study Centre in Life Sciences) completed in 1996. In 2001, they obtained a Diploma in Health and Nutrition Education from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Later in 2011, they completed a Leadership Development program from Harvard Business School. Additionally, in 2017, they participated in a Leadership Orientation Workshop at the Indian School of Business focusing on Sales and Marketing with strategic inputs.
