Swati Sahay

Swati Sahay is a professional with extensive experience in microbiology and veterinary epidemiology. Currently serving as Deputy Manager in the Research and Development department at Indian Immunologicals Limited since April 2023, Swati has previously held various roles, including Researcher at the National Institute of Animal Biotechnology and Scientist at SRISTI Innovations. Notably, Swati contributed to significant projects such as the CDC-funded initiative on anthrax and mastitis at ICAR-National Institute of Veterinary Epidemiology & Disease Informatics and the ICAR-ILRI collaboration on Brucella infections. Swati's academic background includes a PhD in Microbiology from the ICAR-National Institute of Veterinary Epidemiology & Disease Informatics and Jain University, complemented by an MSc from Banasthali Vidyapith and a Bachelor's degree from the Institute of Genetic Engineering.
