Balachandra Patil

Balachandra Patil, a Chief Research Scientist at Indian Institute of Science (IISc), has a Ph.D in Energy, Environment, Sustainable Development. With experience as a Visiting Fellow at Harvard University and as an Energy Specialist at UNDP in Asia and the Pacific, Patil holds a Master of Science in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
