Madakasira Vijayaraghavan serves as Chief Technologist at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) since August 2016, previously held the position of Technology Manager at the National Nanofabrication Center (NNfC) at IISc from June 2009 to May 2014, overseeing process integration and development within a national MEMS and micro/nano fabrication facility. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Scientist at NXP Semiconductors at IMEC in Belgium from 2006 to 2009, and at Philips Research Laboratories in Eindhoven from 2001 to 2006, focusing on semiconductor technologies. Madakasira Vijayaraghavan holds a Ph.D. in Semiconductor Physics from IISc and has pursued postdoctoral research in quantum structures at CNRS in France. Academic qualifications also include an M.Sc. in Solid State Physics from the University of Mysore and a B.Sc. in Math, Physics, and Chemistry from MVS College, Mahabubnagar.
