Dr Minakshi Kumari

Dr. Minakshi Kumari is an Assistant Professor in Production & Industrial Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, since July 2023. Prior to this role, Dr. Kumari served as an Assistant Professor in Operations & Supply Chain at the Indian Institute of Management Jammu from October 2020 to June 2023. As a co-founder of BizeeBuy, Dr. Kumari contributed to the B2B commerce ecosystem from January 2018 to November 2022 and also held the position of Vice President for Research & Academia at BizAugmentor, where responsibilities included leading manufacturing intelligence and handling industry-academia partnerships. Dr. Kumari has experience as a visiting faculty at the Indian Institute of Technology Jammu from September 2021 to January 2022. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Master’s degree in Quality Engineering & Management from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. Early career experience includes roles focused on process excellence at Omaxe Limited and as an academic associate at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
