Prabal Talukdar

Prabal Talukdar serves as the Associate Dean of Students Affairs (Hostel Management), Professor HAG, and CEA Chair Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, since February 2007. Talukdar has held various academic positions at the institute, including Chairperson and Vice Chairperson for GATE. A recent role includes Dean of Student Affairs and School Outreach at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi - Abu Dhabi from February 2024 to June 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Saskatchewan and as a Scientific Researcher at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. Prabal Talukdar earned a PhD and MTech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Assam Engineering College.
