Sumit Shrivastava

Sumit Shrivastava is a User Experience Lead at Bosch Global Software Technologies, focusing on optimizing service provider visits in the home appliance sector and enhancing operational efficiency in SAP systems. With a strong background in UX design and research, Sumit is also a Research Scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, exploring the cognitive and behavioral impacts of future technologies. As a Co-Founder of CREATIVE STOICA PVT LTD, Sumit has mentored over 300 students in UX/UI and product design. Previous experience includes roles at 3M as a Trend Researcher/CMF Designer and at General Motors as a Digital Designer, among others. Sumit holds a PhD in User Experience Design from IIT Delhi and a Master's degree in Automotive Design from UPES.
