Akash Kankane is currently a PhD Scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology, Indore, under the Prime Minister's Research Fellowship program, and has been pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering since July 2022. Akash completed a Master of Technology in Material Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Indore, from 2020 to June 2022, and earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya between 2012 and 2016.
