Sohini Ghosh

Sohini Ghosh is currently serving as a Junior Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, since November 2022, focusing on analog circuit design, solid-state devices, radiation hardening by design, and power management integrated circuits (IC). Current projects involve the design and implementation of an efficient power management IC featuring radiation hardening, sponsored by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), with experience in circuit design using Virtuoso Cadence and TSMC 180nm technology. Prior to this, Sohini worked as an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture from August 2021 to December 2022 and was a project trainee at KernelSphere Technologies LLC, gaining exposure in the Industrial Internet of Things. Sohini was also a former student member of IEEE from January 2019 to January 2020. Sohini holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Heritage Institute of Technology, completed in 2021.
