Justin Jesudas

Justin Jesudas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and strategic alliances, currently serving at UCL in the role of Disability Innovation & Strategic Alliances since January 2025. As a Chief Operating Officer at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, since November 2020, Justin has focused on rehabilitation research and assistive technologies. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer at The Spinal Foundation, leadership was provided for projects aimed at empowering the spinal cord injury community. Justin's background also includes a significant tenure at Cognizant Technology Solutions, managing operations and spearheading diversity initiatives. In addition to a strong corporate background, Justin is an accomplished para-athlete, having represented the International Paralympic Committee with notable achievements in swimming and rifle shooting. Educational qualifications include a degree from Madurai Kamaraj University.
