Dillip Kumar Swain

Dillip Kumar Swain, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Deputy General Manager (Employee Relations)-Head Office at Indian Oil Corporation Limited since April 2002. Prior to this, Swain worked as a Sub-Inspector of Police at Odisha Police from June 2000 to April 2002. With a strong educational background in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, and Labour Laws, Swain continues to enhance their expertise through programs such as the EDP in New Labour Codes at XLRI Jamshedpur.
