Pratik Talukdar

Pratik Talukdar has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Senior Customer Care Officer at Convergys India Pvt Limited until 2005. Pratik then joined Indian Oil Corporation Limited in 2011 as an Assistant Manager and later moved up to the position of Deputy Manager. Currently, they hold the role of Chief Manager (Learning and Development) at Indian Oil Corporation Limited.

Pratik Talukdar received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science from the University of Calcutta in the years 2000-2003. Pratik then pursued postgraduate studies at the International Management Institute, earning a Post Graduate Program in Marketing and Human Resources from 2005-2007. Additionally, they completed a Post Graduate Program in Management during the same time period at the International Management Institute.
