Rajan Arora is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience at Indian Oil Corporation Limited since November 1999. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager Human Resources and Chief Employee Relations Manager at Refineries Headquarters, New Delhi, Rajan has also held positions such as Chief Manager of Corporate Communications & Corporate Social Responsibility, Head of Learning and Development, and Head of Employee Relations at various locations including IOCL Mathura Refinery and Research & Development Centre in Faridabad. Earlier experience includes a role as Recruitment Head at Larsen & Toubro Infotech. Rajan holds an MBA in HR and a Master in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
