Vibhas Tripathi

Vibhas Tripathi has over two decades of experience in human resource management, currently serving as General Manager (HRD) at Indian Oil Corporation Limited since June 2002, with a progressive career that includes roles such as Dy. General Manager and Chief Human Resource Development Manager. Key expertise includes talent management, succession planning, manpower planning, leadership development, appraisals, and job rotation. Prior experience includes positions as Unit HR Head, Dy. Manager (HR) focusing on industrial relations, and various HR roles in Pegasus International and Shree Krishna Packaging.
