Brenda Rante

Brenda Rante, Ph.D., currently serves as a Legal Analysis Specialist III in the Policy Unit of the Georgia Division of Human Services' Division of Aging Services. With an extensive career at Indian River State College since 2007, Brenda oversees the School of Continuing Education and manages a budget exceeding $2 million, while supervising a team of full-time staff and numerous faculty members. Previous roles include Director of the National Preparedness Institute where Brenda developed mobile training units and managed multi-agency partnerships, and Director of Programs at March of Dimes, focusing on healthcare advocacy and community support programs. Brenda's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a specialization in Criminal Justice, an MA in Criminal Justice, and a BA in Communications.
