Kevin Cooper

Kevin Cooper is an accomplished academic administrator at Indian River State College, overseeing academic, grant, and economic development divisions with direct supervision of over 80 employees and managing programs in Electric Engineering Technology, Computer & Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Gaming & Simulation, and Digital Drafting & Design for approximately 2,200 full-time equivalent students. Prior to this role, Kevin co-founded A Broader View, which achieved $3 million in revenue and developed 14 new product lines, alongside serving as a Senior Staff Scientist in the Advanced Materials Division at Motorola Semiconducteurs S.A., where Kevin led a research and development lab and managed a team focused on advanced materials. Kevin holds dual bachelor's degrees in Chemical Engineering and Applied Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University.
