Harshal Bhure is currently serving as the Chairperson of the Advisory Board at the Indian Society for Technical Education, where leadership is provided to a highly active technical chapter comprising over 500 members, facilitating numerous events that engage over 1200 participants. Additionally, Harshal is a Core Committee Member of the IEEE Power & Energy Society and previously held a similar role at VITrendz. Education includes a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, expected in 2025, and a 10th grade completion at City Pride School in Pune. Harshal also reinitiated the 'Teach for Vellore' program, focusing on educational workshops for underprivileged communities.

Indian Society for Technical Education
Indian Society for Technical Education is a national, professional, non-profit making Society registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860. First started in 1941 as the Association of Principals of Technical Institution(APTI), it was converted into "Indian Society for Technical Education" in 1968 with a view to enlarge its activities to advance the cause of technological education in the country. The major objective of the ISTE is to assist and contribute in the production and development of top quality professional engineers and technicians needed by the industries and other organisations. At VIT, ISTE organises various Technical and Fun Events, Technical Workshops and Code-A-Thon.
