Souvik Dhar is a skilled development professional with nine years of cumulative experience in the field. He has actively participated in the promotion of various livelihood value chains, women empowerment, skilling, and carbon projects in rural India. He is currently working as a program manager for ISAP India Foundation, where he is leading numerous projects involving the development of skills and the empowerment of women. He has also received leadership development and strategic nonprofit management training from Harvard Business School and the University of Chicago Delhi Center, respectively. Additionally, he was a member of the core group that created two water conservation case studies for the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration's IAS probationers.
