Shubhangi Rastogi

Shubhangi Rastogi is a seasoned human resources professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in HR strategy, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. As the Founder of Mind Alcove since August 2020, Shubhangi has created a supportive environment for emotional reflection and community connection. Currently serving as Chapter Head for the Indian Women Institutional League in Mumbai, Shubhangi previously held leadership roles at PhiSpace, Columbus A/S, Red Hat, Capgemini, Motorola, and Microsoft, contributing to performance management, business strategy alignment, and recruitment across various sectors. Shubhangi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from U21Global Graduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Osmania University.
