David Ober is currently the Editor at Indiana Utility Report, a subscription-based newsletter reporting news about the utility industry in Indiana and the nation. Prior to this role, served as Vice President, Taxation and Public Finance at Indiana Chamber of Commerce, where David worked as a lobbyist on taxation and public finance matters. Previously, David was a Commissioner at Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission and also served as a State Representative in the Indiana House of Representatives. David holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Graphics Technology from Purdue University Northwest.
