Michael Ripley has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Currently, at Indiana Chamber of Commerce, Michael serves as the VP of Health Care Policy and Employment Law. Previously, Michael served as a State Representative at Indiana House of Representatives and as the Executive Director at Adams County Economic Development Corp. With a background in insurance and local government as Adams County Commissioner, Ripley brings a wealth of experience to their current position. Michael holds a BA in Criminal Justice & Corrections from Ball State University.
