INCAA's Mission:
The Indiana Community Action Association (IN-CAA) works to strengthen the capacity of Indiana's Community Action Agencies to address community needs and poverty.

          -Developing a system for being more intentional and conscious of bias

            holding them accountable for treating all people with dignity and 
            respect.
     
           -Dismantling inequitable policies and practices that prevent all 
            Hoosiers from thriving.
    
            -Disaggregating data whenever possible.
