Craig also held positions such as Manager of Electrophoresis Technologies, Product Development Agronomist, Precision Farming Specialist, Quality Assurance Manager, and Laboratory Manager in various companies. Craig holds a Masters degree in Agronomy from the University of Kentucky and a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University.
