Drew Griffis currently serves as the Director of Policy & Analytics at the Indiana Destination Development Corporation, a position held since March 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at the Indiana Department of Workforce Development where Drew progressed from Communications Director/Webmaster to Assistant Director of Research & Analysis - BI Lead, and finally to Director of Performance & Business Intelligence. Drew played a pivotal role in initiating the agency’s business intelligence program and enhancing data visualizations. Earlier career milestones include roles at the Indiana State Library, where Drew received the Boorstin Award, and at the Hoosier Lottery as Communications Manager. Drew holds a B.S. in Public Administration and a Business Foundations Certificate from Indiana University Bloomington and the Kelley School of Business, respectively.

The Indiana Destination Development Corporation (IDDC) was formed by the Indiana Legislature in 2019 to promote Indiana as a great place for living, visiting, learning, and earning. The IDDC became incorporated on July 1st, 2020. The Indiana Office of Tourism Development (IOTD) evolved into the new organization, creating a seamless experience for our tourism and talent attraction partners. Increasing the knowledge that builds pride in Indiana will help our state fill open jobs, grow talent and elevate views of our distinctive sense of place.
