Mark Back, MPH has a diverse range of work experience. Mark currently serves as the Director of Marketing, Communications, and Public Affairs at Indiana Donor Network, where they oversee various functions and acts as the senior-most advisor to the organization's president and CEO.
Prior to this role, Mark was a Manager of Marketing and Communications at Indiana Donor Network and a Media Relations and Communications Specialist, where they managed media relations, public relations strategies, and crisis communications.
Mark also has experience with the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), where they have held various leadership positions, including President-Elect and President of the Hoosier Chapter. Mark has also served as the Director of Finance on the Indiana Board of Directors.

Before that, Mark was the Executive Director at Medical Student Missions, Inc., overseeing medical missions to Haiti. Mark also worked as a Researcher at Public Safety Medical, conducting research and creating strategies to improve the health and safety of public safety professionals.
Finally, Mark was a Researcher at Indiana University Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health, participating in community-based participatory research and conducting literature reviews, grant proposals, and data analyses.
Mark Back, MPH completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Health Science from Purdue University between 2008 and 2013. Mark then pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health Policy and Management from the Indiana University Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health, which they obtained between 2013 and 2015. In addition, they obtained a Crisis Communications Certificate from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) in, however, the specific month and year are not provided.
