Stacey Nicholson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stacey started their career at Klaisler Manufacturing Corp. as an Office Manager from 2004 to 2009. Stacey then worked at Indiana Organ Procurement Organization as an Accountant from 2009 to 2014, where they assisted in financial analysis and implemented an expense reporting program. Stacey went on to establish their own business, Square 1 Design & Manufacture Inc., where they served as Owner/President from 2009 to 2016. In this role, they wrote and executed a business plan and provided global solutions in product design and custom machinery. Currently, Stacey is the Director of Business Analytics & Regulatory Compliance at Indiana Donor Network, a role they have held since 2016. In this position, they oversee operations and collaborates with stakeholders to improve efficiency and achieve financial, quality, and safety goals.

Stacey Nicholson holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in MBA-HCA from Indiana Wesleyan University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Lean Healthcare Yellow Belt certification program at Purdue University in 2012. Stacey also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance from Kaplan University, achieved between 2006 and 2009. In 2003, they graduated with an Associate's degree in Accounting from Indiana Business College. Stacey's educational journey began at Ball State University in 2001, where they pursued studies in Accounting.
