Emily Thomas

Emily Thomas is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Marketing and Communications Manager at Hendricks Power Cooperative since April 2019, Emily also contributes to the Indiana Electric Cooperatives' MMSC Planning Committee and is a member of the Council of Rural Electric Communicators under NRECA. Previous positions include Marketing and Social Media Coordinator at Becovic Management Group, where Emily successfully managed a team, developed marketing strategies, and organized community events. Additional experience encompasses roles in event coordination and promotions, including a significant impact during internships at The Salvation Army and various event venues. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Event Management, and Advertising from Indiana University Indianapolis.
