Sheila Meador has over 20 years of experience in human resources and technology, currently serving as the Sr Manager of HR Technology & Payroll Operations at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance since August 2004. During tenure, Sheila has held various roles, including HRIS Manager and Sr HRIS Analyst, focusing on UltiPro and providing technical and functional support for Talent Management systems, encompassing Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Development, Employee Relations, and Payroll. Previously, Sheila worked as an HRMS Specialist at ATA Airlines, supporting Oracle 11i HRMS and ADP Payroll systems. Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan University, completed in 2012, and has an earlier education from Indiana University Indianapolis.
