Dawn Williams

Dawn Williams is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in product development and management within the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Product Owner at Indiana Farmers Insurance since May 2022, Dawn focuses on prioritizing project backlogs and handling incident management in real-time. Prior experience at The Cincinnati Insurance Companies from January 1996 to May 2022 includes roles as a Product Developer, Quality Assurance Manager, Production Underwriter, Underwriting Assistant, and Policy Service Operator, where responsibilities ranged from developing competitive insurance products to managing production support teams and establishing sales relationships. Beginning a career in insurance as a Licensed Insurance Agent at Great Miami Insurance while still in school, Dawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
