Robbie Weber

Robbie Weber is an experienced claims management professional with a strong background in workers compensation and liability claims operations. Currently serving as Claims Manager at Indiana Farmers Insurance since July 2022, Robbie previously held roles including Claims Supervisor for Workers Compensation at Gallagher Bassett and Sr Workers Compensation Claims Manager II at Liberty Mutual Insurance from June 1988 to July 2021. Throughout a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Robbie managed teams of front line managers, oversaw staffing levels of up to 168 employees, and ensured adherence to operational objectives, budgeting, and exceptional customer service across various claims operations. Robbie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northern Illinois University.
