Joe later transitioned to Indiana Furniture where Joe held positions such as Product Engineer, Plant Superintendent, and currently serves as the Product Development, Compliance + Sustainability Manager. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Indiana University Indianapolis, Joe's expertise lies in product development, manufacturing, and engineering solutions.
