Josh Jacob (MBA)

Josh Jacob (MBA) has over 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. In 2017, they began their role as CI Manager at Indiana Furniture. From 2009-2017, they worked at MasterBrand Cabinets in various roles, including Production Supervisor-Aristokraft MBCI, Production Supervisor-Decora MBCI, and TPM and Continuous Improvement. Josh was responsible for managing up to 60 employees, yearly CI savings of $100,000+, developing processes for new product launches, and creating a “challenge the norm” environment. Prior to MasterBrand Cabinets, they interned at Accuride Corp from 2007-2009, where they developed product labels for cleaners and polish, and developed a sales database to improve response from the sales team.

Josh Jacob obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Southern Indiana in 2009. Josh then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern Indiana in 2018, with a focus on Business Management and Leadership. In addition, Jacob obtained a Manufacturing Leadership certification from Purdue Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) in August 2016, and a Leadership in Managing and Supervision certification from SkillPath Seminars in February 2014.
