Operations Team

The Operations Team at Indiana Health Centers, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the daily functions and services of the health centers to ensure efficient, patient-centered care. Led by the Chief Operations Officer, the team manages operational workflows, implements policies and procedures, and coordinates with the Practice Managers to enhance service delivery across all IHC locations. This team plays a critical role in maintaining the high standards and accessibility of care that IHC is known for, particularly in underserved and migrant communities.
