Patrick Nushardt

Patrick Nushardt, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Lead HR Generalist at the Indiana Hemophilia & Thrombosis Center, Inc., since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Manager of Human Resources, Senior HR Business Partner, and Talent Acquisition Partner at Renaissance Life and Health Insurance Company of America from June 2016 to June 2021. Earlier roles include HR Generalist and Human Resources Specialist at USIC, Human Resources Coordinator at the Indianapolis Housing Agency, HR Intern at the Indianapolis Museum of Art, and various management positions at FedEx Express and AMC Theatres. Patrick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
