Madeline Lilly possesses a diverse background with significant experience in coaching, project management, sales, and childcare. Currently serving as the Assistant Track & Field/Cross Country Coach at North Central High School and as a Sustainability and Value Creation Project Manager at Indiana Soybean Alliance, Madeline has honed skills in team coordination and sustainability initiatives. Previous roles include Sales Associate at Fleet Feet, Animal Care Associate at Rover.com, and Production Associate at Clif Bar & Company, where Madeline demonstrated the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and develop processes for improved yield. Additionally, Madeline's experience as a Farm Assistant at Jon Lilly Excavation and Drainage, coupled with previous leadership roles as a Student Athlete at Purdue University and a Leadership Counselor at Camp Tecumseh YMCA, highlights a strong foundation in teamwork and mentorship.
