Jason M. Massaro

Jason M. Massaro is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in the legal field, serving in various leadership roles within the Indiana State Bar Association and the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana. Currently, Jason holds multiple titles, including Executive Committee Member and Chair of the Litigation Section, where efforts focus on improving lawyer civility, understanding Indiana rules of evidence, and enhancing discovery practices. As the owner of The Massaro Legal Group, Jason specializes in complex business, commercial, contract, and real estate litigation. Educationally, Jason holds a J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law and a B.S. in Economics from Purdue University, and has contributed to the legal community through positions in organizations such as the Indianapolis American Inn of Court and Habitat for Humanity.
