Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites
Jessica Stephens serves as the State Historic Sites Program Manager at the Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites, a position held since August 2022, and concurrently as Site Manager at TC Steele State Historic Site since July 2020. Prior roles include Youth Programs Manager and Manager of School Engagement at the Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites from 2017 to 2020. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant Curator for Education Programs at the Morris Museum of Art and holding various educational positions at establishments such as the Peggy Guggenheim Collection and Wonderlab. Jessica has cultivated extensive expertise in K–12 education programming, volunteer management, and community outreach, contributing significantly to exhibitions, public programs, and specialized opportunities for diverse audiences. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Art Education and Museum Education, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Art History, History, and Classical Civilizations from Indiana University Bloomington.
